Fresh Herb & Cucumber Dip

Celebrate spring with this all-favourite fresh and creamy dip, paired with Touch of Sea Salt dipitas and cut up veggies!

 

Ingredients

1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt

1/3 cup olive oil or avocado oil based mayonnaise

2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/3 cup cucumber, pilled and finely diced

2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill

2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice in a mixing bowl
  2. Stir the cucumber and finely chopped fresh herbs into the yogurt-mayo mixture
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving with Touch of Sea Salt dipitas
