Hot and Cheesy Spinach Dip
This delicious, mouth-watering dip is perfect for parties and gatherings, especially during the winter season. Just grab some Parmesan, Garlic & Herbs dipitas to fully enjoy its creamy flavour.
Ingredients
1 pack (300 g) chopped frozen spinach, thawed and excess liquid squeezed out
¼ cup light sour cream
3 Tbsp light mayonnaise
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
1 + 1/2 cup shredded melting cheese (either one or combination of cheddar, mozzarella and/or Monterey Jack)
¼ tsp garlic powder
Fresh pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Combine 1 cup of melting cheese with the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl
- Place mixture in an oven-proof dish and top with ½ cup melting cheese
- Bake for 20-25 min, until cheese is melted
- Serve hot with your favourite dipitas
